Growing Exceptional Inventory Today for Exceptional Families Tomorrow!

About Tiffany Givens

You made it here! And you're probably looking to learn a little more about me. So where should I start? I feel like I've grown up in Columbia my entire life. Although I was not born here, a part of me calls it home. Originally raised in the small town of Rembert, SC (no one has ever heard of it), I was always fascinated when I saw homes being sold and built for families in the area. It's a process that I would ultimately see myself playing a role in.

Naturally, I'd go on to receive my SC Real Estate License (York Tech - Rock Hill, SC) and eventually come onboard with an excellent brokerage right here in Columbia. Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor, I graduated with a Bachelor degree in Physical Education & Fitness and Wellness (Winthrop University - Rock Hill, SC) and went on to receive my Physical Therapy Assistant license (Midlands Tech - Columbia, SC). From the beginning, I was labeled "drill sergeant" - I've never asked why, but I will say that I get straight to the point!! The years spent practicing Physical Therapy in nursing facilities and home healthcare allowed me to meet, educate, and care for so many.

Having a long-term background in the service industry - I understand the importance of having an individual approach and professional representation. Real estate is simply NOT a one size fits all endeavor. Many of my clients are out of state or are moving out of state. Communication and guidance is always at the forefront. I strive for constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire selling (or buying) process. I'm committed to excellence and looking forward to working with you.

Thank you for taking the time to get to know me. I'm very much looking forward to getting to know you as well! The market is beyond EXCELLENT right now, call me to get started!

Wishing you the best,

Tiffany Givens
